This item is high quality and well made, and carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. The seller provided proofs and I wasn't quite seeing my vision come to life and nearly gave up. The seller pressed me for an example of what I was wanting and was able to fabricate the signage based off of the example I sent and it came out perfectly. There are no visible flaws at all on the finished product, and I would say they exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their dedication and willingness to communicate to resolve the issue and provide a great outcome. Now I can't wait to use my new wedding signage!
